LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and watch TV with your family and friends. The lower level media room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture to watch a game or movie on the large screen TV. On sunny days or chilly nights, step onto the deck, maybe see some wildlife, enjoy the extreme peace and beauty of the area or to soak in the hot tub after an adventure-filled day.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Heated garage with 2 garage spaces – 2 outdoor spaces – 4 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

Big home for everyone to have their own space and gather in the living room and rec room for family time. Check in was easy and the home was very clean. Great hot tub . Easy access to downtown Breckenridge. A nice home in a very quiet neighborhood.

So many memories made and they all started in this fabulous home. It was just perfect! We had six adults, four children and the accommodations were so comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy. Every detail has been thought out. The Mountain View from the deck is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!!!

This is a great rental house - the gathering since is gorgeous. Great kitchen that is well stocked. Cool deck. There is a sound system in the house that plays in different rooms so that was neat. Has several fans and humidifiers to help with the dry air and the lack of AC. You’re less than a 10 minute drive down t he mountain to town center so very easy to get to everything.

We had one wrinkle where the fridge was not working on the day we arrived (a Saturday). They were not able to get someone until Monday to look at it - which was annoying but also understandable due to it being a weekend. Management brought a mini fridge to get us through. When we requested another one so that we could buy more groceries, management quickly okayed it. Overall, a really beautiful house and a nice trip.

Great house with great views of Breck. Well appointed gourmet kitchen. Cleanliness of the house was not up to usual standards. Filthy windows and a dirty garage were the worst. Several items need maintenance. TVs are dated and not smart TVs. Don’t plan on casting from your smart phone. WiFi router is old and unreliable. Had to reset repeatedly. Sound system not usable by guests. Glad we brought an Amazon Echo device for music.

Everything was as advertised, ski-in/ski-out is challenging but shuttle was great, on time every 15 minutes. Communication with management company was outstanding.

This was our second stay and we will be back for a third. We love everything about Cloud Cabin. There is a need to improve the wifi as only one person could use the wifi at a time but otherwise it is fantastic.

This home has magnificent views! It is quiet; no street or neighbor noise. Despite the snow and chilly temperatures, we were comfortable throughout the entire home! An extra perk was enjoying the local fox scampering about the streets.

House was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room and very comfortable! A moose came right up in the front yard and we had a little fox visit us every day! We had a great stay!! Would definitely recommend this house.

The house certainly exceeded our expectations - it was clean, well furnished, and had everything for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The living space was perfect for the larger group to convene. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing, and unlike other sites we’ve been at, it functioned perfectly. The ski in/out is fairly unlikely unless you’re a great skier, but the shuttle picks up right at the end of the driveway and runs every 20 minutes - it takes you right to Peak 9. It was all perfect - I’d certainly stay again!

The views from this home are outstanding. It has all the amenities needed. The rooms are big and well decorated. This is our second time at this property and we hope to go back again.
