A good residence - likely better for older guests

For adult and older skiers, the location and residence is excellent. Our perspective is having 3 young kids with us at the property and skiing. For adults the access to the Snowflake lift is quick and easy. On the way home for the day from skiing you're either having to hike back up to the house or pole several sections of the access trail (3 mostly flat sections). All good for adults but with kids, the adults end up having to do double duty. The drop in to the snowflake lift is also challenging for kids. Ours ends up walking down every day and putting their skis on right by the lift entrance.

House wise things were mostly good. Some oddities - like they advertise and can comfortably can sleep 10 people, but there were only 8 plates. Entrance and lockup was done through the garage. No pin code was offered for the front door. When we asked the management company about the front door they said to use the garage. Things like hand soap, dish washer pods and sponges were in small quantities and only lasted a couple of days. We had to run to City Market to get basics.

Also while the townhouse has a private hot tub it basically takes up 80% of the lower deck area, so there's limited space getting into and out of the tub. '

Thankfully we didn't have noisy neighbors until the very last night, but when they did show up - things were noisy inside the unit as well.

Minor gripes in the overall scheme, but wanted to inform other families who might be looking at the property.

This home in Breck is modernly furnished. Very clean upon arrival and in a perfect ski in/out location! We skied right down to the Snowflake Ski lift each morning and skied right back to the back of the house each afternoon. Just a note regarding skiing back--it's not all downhill- just the opposite. It's quite a workout (flat) but once you get through the couple of flat areas it's then downhill to the house. It was fun to watch the Snowflake lift from the house and also watch skiers come down the hill. It's about a 15 minute walk to town. Charter Ski rentals are right by the Snowflake lift. The only cons were: Kitchen fryer pans were shot and the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. It was hard for 6 of us to sit and watch ballgames. Pros are it's a nice house, we loved the ski decor, location is spot on and Pinnacle Lodging company were awesome to work with. They communicated right back when we had questions and sent a plumber right over when we had an issue. We would stay here again.

Lovely 4 bedroom close to snowflake lift! Comfortable, spacious accommodations for 7 adults in a great location. The place was thoroughly cleaned. Everything was well thought out. The whole rental/check in/ check out process was easy. The management company was responsive and a pleasure to work with! Loved how someone would come and shovel before we even woke up. Was easy to ski down to the snowflake lift. We will definitely return!

We had 8 friends stay comfortably in this lovely property. Check in/out we’re very easy and communication was excellent.
