LOCATION – Winterpoint townhomes are ideally situated close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks away from the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle on Four O’Clock Rd and the Blue River Plaza. It is just a three block walk to charming Main St. where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife.

AMENITIES – The spacious townhome has a master king bedroom with a private patio, a queen-size bed with bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, right in front of the fireplace. This large townhome has its own private garage, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Additional amenities include high speed internet, private laundry, and a fully-stocked kitchen. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

This property is in a great location for slope and downtown access. It was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The management company was easy to work with and responses to quesstions were prompt and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable condo for our family of 4 to treat and recharge in between hikes and exploring Breckenridge. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space to spread out. Liked having a garage so the car was secure and we could leave dirty stuff out there. Short walk from everything but still feels private. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. 1 block from the shuttle, 2 blocks from snowflake lift, 5min walk from the community hot tub and pool, 10min walk from Main St shops, restaurants and bars.

The kitchen was so well stocked with tools, appliances and spices we ended up making most of our meals there. Super easy.

This was my first time in Breckinridge and this property will be my first choice for all subsequent visits.

I booked this stay for a family trip but came down with Covid, so only my dad and brother could go but they said the townhome was perfect! I am so jealous that they got to enjoy it without me! They said the location was perfect for 2 different lifts, and it was 2 blocks from the Ice Sculpture Competition. The townhome comfortably sleeps 8, and included covered parking so the car was secure. I will always book the same location without even having been, based on my dads feedback alone
