The cabin is a multilevel fantastic cabin with four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The view from the porch is breathtaking. The big garage family room, living room, dining room and kitchen are all well appreciated with our group. We grill burgers on the porch in the snow and it was really something. The only issue I could find was that it is very nicely hidden up in the mountains, which means if the roads are icy, it might be an interesting drive to get to. I felt like it was enough to Breckenridge that it didn’t feel like it was too far away. we had a great time and would certainly go there again. The property management company was fantastic and stayed in touch with us the whole time before and after and during.

The home was lovely and very well appointed. It was immaculately clean. Every room yielded spectacular majestic Rocky Mountain views. We saw two young moose in the late morning from the back deck and then a mother moose (cow) and her calf on the driveway the next day. WOW very cool!

Amazing views but in need of a refresh

We were blown away by the amazing views when we arrived at this home. The layout is great and allowed for a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. However, I would highly recommend a better cleaning and refresh on the decor and furnishings. I think 20 years ago it probably looked great, but the furnishings are very worn and dated. As far as the cleaning, there was much dust and it generally didn’t have a just cleaned feel which was disappointing given it’s an upscale property. When pulling up the curtains, dust would fly everywhere and they were torn in the secondary master. It’s important to note that it is a decent drive to get anywhere and it’s up a windy road. I enjoyed the privacy that allowed but it may be an issue for someone if convenience is a priority. A refresh on the decor and furnishings would have a big impact since the bones of the house are very good.

First and further most, every time I stay in Breckenridge it feels like
I am home with the mountains giving me a giant bear

We stayed at Ten Mile Estate for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The property is located perfectly to provide the feeling of seclusion, while still being accessible and providing a beautiful view! We also enjoyed how the land surrounding the home provided plenty of places for our kids to play. The home itself was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items (we cook quite a bit when we are on vacation). The living room was cozy and the multiple fireplaces were wonderful to add ambiance and a quick burst of heat when needed. The management team was accessible and quick to respond if needed.

This house was absolutely stunning. 9700 ft above sea level with views of the the golf course and mountains. Everything was laid out perfectly for a large group or multiple families. You will not be disappointed!

I had the best experience in this home with all my loved ones. This place will always hold a special place in my heart as my dad officiated my marriage with our 6 family members just outside the cabin. The home was in perfect condition, had all of the supplies you needed, and was very clean. The views don’t get better than this and it’s super cozy! The game room downstairs is a plus!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for all of us. Cabin was clean and plenty of extras were provided such as blankets, pillows, humidifier etc. Water was always hot no matter how many people took showers. Pinnacle also provided outstanding service and quick to respond and answer questions. I highly recommend. We definitely will be back again.

Second year staying at this property with a family of 12 for a ski trip. The property is amazing. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be very comfortable. Very quiet and private location. Best of all is you cannot beat the views. Pinnacle lodging does a fantastic job with making your stay enjoyable, they are very quick to respond to any needs or concerns. I would highly recommend renting from pinnacle lodging.

Million dollar views! Great space for a few family’s, Private Location , easy to use everything, no issues with anything in Home! Was close enough to town and activity’s. Would recommend but probably wouldn't stay again due to the higher altitude then other homes in town which have a few of us altitude sickness being from Florida!

The home is situated on spectacular, private acreage with views of Peak 1 and Tenmile Peak. The stunning home is beautifully constructed with many details to appreciate. We traveled with our teenagers and everyone had space and privacy as well as large areas for gathering as a family for meals and relaxation. The home is very solidly built, is exceptionally comfortable and has breathtaking views from the decks and hot tub. We plan to reserve this home again! Some items would benefit from updating; the shower fixtures and refrigerator specifically but they didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the home.

This home is probably another 400-500 feet above hwy 9(so close to 10000 feet. As a result, the view of the 10 mile range is spectacular. The place is HUGE and every bedroom has a bathroom. We had deer in the yard every morning and a very friendly fox. Close to golf and hiking and Breck. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in the Breck Valley!

A wonderful home with lots of room for 5 adults and 4 children. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen, dining and family room configuration. The house is built so well you couldn't hear noises from the floor above.. great!! The beds and linens were very comfortable. Really liked that there was a second refrigerator in the garage, but disappointed there was only one oven, especially since we were preparing a full thanksgiving dinner.
The TV in the great room, were everyone gathered most of the time, was not easy for all to see and not adjustable.
The very best feature was the breath-taking awesome mountain views!!!
We were blessed with a fresh snow to enjoy. It was a wonderful family gathering place!

This is a fabulous house. It’s such a quiet, peaceful setting. The views are spectacular. The house is well equipped with many amenities. The only negatives were the water pressure coming out of the shower heads was pretty minimal. Also, no steak knives.

It was the first time our extended family of 10 could gather in well over a year due to covid and we had a grand reunion in this house. It was plenty large to accommodate all of us easily and we older folks could "escape" if the kids got too noisy. When we weren't out and about the pool table and hot tub were of great interest. One evening a momma moose and her baby strolled by munching on foliage. Loved it!
