LOCATION – Only steps from the Gondola Mid-Station, you have easy access to the slopes as well as Main Street. Main Street is only one mile away and has plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options after the lifts close for the day. Step out the door to access amazing hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing in Cucumber Gulch Preserve.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

• No shuttle access at this location

Amazing views, perfect location next to the gondola and a very nice and clean home. 4 minute drive to Main Street, exploring right outside the house and a quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot. Would love to stay again!

You will not be disappointed with the view! This place is clean and beautiful! I have absolutely no complaints about This property or the property management.
The only trouble we ran into was the neighbor to the left. Very snoopy. Passive aggressively rude, Bothered by children’s laughter and play.

The place was incredible, and the views were breathtaking. The hot tub was awesome and loved that we had zero houses behind us to obstruct our view. Couldn't have asked for a better property to rent. Huge plus being on the Breck Connect Gondola stop, which made skiing super easy to Peak 7 and Peak 8. House was spotless and we had 2 small issues with appliances and after our outing we came home to brand new ones. Can't recommend Visit Breck and Pinnale lodging as they made our trip super easy and carry a high standard on their homes.

Just had to write something about this place... I work in profession with non stop travel so we stay in a-lot of different places. Spruce ledge was our year end holiday and I cant say one bad thing about this property! Location, amenities, cosiness everything was TOP. The dishwasher broke and fridge slammed a-lot but thats very minor stuff. Such a good stay

Absolutely amazing property with perfect views. My family and I spent our Christmas here, and the location with access to the gondola was perfect for the skiers and no skiers alike. Can’t wait to go back!

You can't beat the location and views! We loved our stay.

Just a heads up to guests staying and the management company. A fully stocked kitchen with zip-lock bags, spices, aluminum foil, etc would go a long way, there also weren't ample paper towels or trash bags for a week's stay. It's a luxury home why skimp and try to save $5. Also, the dehumidifiers didn't work correctly. It took two days to get one delivered for the kids rooms. If you've been to Breck you know how dry it is.

This property was perfect. Short walk to halfway Gondola stop. We were 4 adult couples and every couple had their own full bath. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are top notch! Property management replied very quickly to our requests. The views from the living area are just incredible. Highly recommend.

Spruce Ledge was fantastic for our family, including Mom and Dad, two married kids with spouses and one baby grandson. We were awed by the amazing views of the slopes. The home looked just like the photos with beautiful finishes. I am extremely picky on cleanliness, and this home passed my high expectations. Our favorite activity was walking to the gondola, about a block away, and taking it into town every morning to try a different coffee shop. What a fun and quick way to travel!

We loved our stay at Spruce Ledge. It was a beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 small children. The home provided awesome views and close proximity to the gondola, which the whole family enjoyed. Our 2 year old couldn’t wait to ride the gondola to town or up the mountain every time.

My vacation rental experience with Pinnacle was absolutely amazing...excellent service. The team was quick in responding to my questions and providing updates prior to my stay. Every detail of the property amenities, check-in and check-out procedures were provided. They even allowed me to send packages to their headquarters prior to my arrival. The property was perfect for my celebration experience. I loved the property and would choose it again.

The rental was absolutely everything we were told it would be! Clean, well-maintained, very spacious. And the views - there are no words to describe the beauty as you gazed out any window or the various balconies. *Breckenridge in general has the most beautiful views of mountains and forests I’ve ever seen. And you can see it all from these very windows and decks.
