LOCATION - Located in the Warrior’s Mark area on the south end of Breckenridge, Mountainwood condos are close to everything you are coming to Breckenridge to do. The location couldn’t get any better. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

AMENITIES: This two bedroom condo features one level living with a king / bunk bedroom and a double queen bedroom each with their own bath. This condo offers a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also provides one parking space in the heated underground parking and access to central laundry located on each floor. After an invigorating day of skiing, you can venture just down the path to have a lap in the pool or warm up at the hot tubs shared by surrounding condominium buildings (pool and hot tubs closed seasonally for maintenance in the spring & fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates).

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

This condo is in a great walkable location to Main Street. The furnishings are fairly new and in good shape. Two balconies were nice and you could see the mountains. There is a good amount of space and the management company did a great job pre visit and during the visit of communications. Only complaints were really soft beds, tv in bedroom didn’t work and I wish there was a little more of the basics (spices, larger amount of body wash, etc). Would stay here again.

Wonderful rental property. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen is stocked to cook in the condo, if you wish. Condo was clean and is well maintained. This is our second time renting this property and we would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you!

This was a great location with a wonderfully open, clean space for 8 of us. Huge closet space, tons of towels, fans and humidifiers, all of the essentials.

The text support was very responsive and helpful! We texted several times to get clarification on parking and other things, and I was very pleased to have such a quick and easy process for questions!

Our only qualm was that the hours for the hot tub were pretty unclear. Our first night it was fully locked and covered by 8pm, which seemed really early. The next day we tried to go around 11am and it was also closed. However, our text support person/people called the HOA for us to clarify, which was very kind. This condo also had access to the pool/hot tub in another building - we didn't use it, but awesome to know that there was a second one to try.

For future browsing - sounds like hot tub hours are 12-8 in the winter.

Our family of 4 rented Mountainwood 301 in August 2023 for a week. The location was perfect and so was the condo! It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We were steps away from hiking trails, main street, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. We enjoyed the Sunday farmers market, fly fishing the blue river, hikes to glacial lakes, shopping, ice skating, quaint restaurants and even tried a ziplining tour nearby. It was the perfect vacation for us. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great for our family which included 2 teenage daughters. The girls had a double sink vanity and their own balcony. Book it, you won't regret it!

My stay with my family could not have been better. Pinnacle Lodging is on top of everything from early check in to a late checkout in a heavenly Breckinridge retreat. We had a wonderful time skiing right from the condo and walking to all the restaurants and shops in town.

This condo is better than the photos. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. There was ample space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The proximity to the mountain and charter sports for rentals was perfect for everyone. This was a perfect place to stay in Breck, very highly recommended!
