LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the base of Baldy Mountain about 4.5 miles for the slopes. Here you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. Take advantage of the short walk to the free town bus or be at the slopes in a matter of minutes.

AMENITIES – There is something for everyone with a family room located on the upper level allowing multiple living areas. Ready to relax? Recoup on the front deck with a soak in the private hot tub. The two-car heated garage with attached mud room is prefect for storing all your toys. An additional back patio is ideal for a quiet moment to relaxing and unwind.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Great vacation high up on the mountain!

Great house w plenty of room. We were a party of 8 and were extremely comfortable. It is about 10 minutes up the mountain from Main St so definitely not within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but an easy drive and parking wasn't too difficult downtown (in the summer). Kitchen had all the things we needed for basic meals. Furniture and decor were a little dated and had an older mountain cabin feel (all formal, brown leather, brown accents) but this did not detract from the comfort of the home. Hot tub was great and everything was in working condition. They request you not use a/c or heat in the summer so during the middle of the day it was warmer and at night it was cooler, but never too hot or too cold. Home is really close to some great hikes and Boreas pass which was nice. Just beware...house sits at 11,000 ft so a couple in our group really struggled w altitude sickness (but we live at sea level) so just keep this in mind. Overall a great stay and would happily go back!

We had 3 families (13 people) stay in mid November. The house is gorgeous, the views are amazing and a quick drive to Breckenridge. The house is so spacious, plenty of space for a large group. We had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.

This house and rental company were the best! To get there, you will drive up winding roads, but the view is lovely. There was room to park all 3 of our large cars. The bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious & fit our group of 15 just fine. The hot tub was ready to go & included plenty of beach towels. The kitchen had many tools & appliances, but no Tupperware, Ziploc bags, or saran wrap for leftovers. We did use the 3 box fans for one hot summer night. Next to the primary bedroom on the main floor is a small bedroom with a twin & a trundle. The lower level has a full/queen bunkbed & a fun Pac Man arcade game. There were also a few games in the main living area. It is only the right side of the duplex. I would highly recommend renting Lofty Fox Villa through VisitBreck rental company!

We had a great stay at the Lofty Fox. Its has a beautiful backyard as well as view of Breckenridge resort. I would highly recommend for anyone with a large group.

Eight members of my family spent a week at Lofty Fox Villa. We had plenty of room for everyone - there was a bonus space outside the master suite that was perfect for the pack-n-play for the little one. We upstairs sitting area with table was perfect for those that had to work remotely during the week. I was concerned the location would not be convenient to town but it was just a 12 minute drive to drop off the skiers at the slopes. The view from the living area was well worth being 12 minutes out. When I booked, I did not realize this was a duplex but there was only a maintenance person at the unit next door all week so we did not have to share the driveway. So you would have to work out parking if there were multiple vehicles. Overall, I would stay here again!

House is beautiful, provided great views of the mountains. Was capable of comfortably housing 15 people.
Next time we do a large group vacation to Breckenridge we will definitely stay at the Lofty Fox Villa!
