LOCATION – The Shock Hill neighborhood is just a 3-minute walk to the Gondola Mid Station. Guests can take a short ride to the lifts at Peak 7 & 8 or ride it to town. For the Nordic skiers in the group, cross-country ski trails abound in this fabulous location.

AMENITIES – There is no lack of living space and privacy in this multi-level property. When it is time to rest, guests will find luxurious comfort in the two master king suites, two king bedrooms and bunk bedroom. The main level boasts a spacious entertaining area including a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, a Sonos audio system throughout and a gourmet kitchen that features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, three sinks and a butler’s pantry. While the adults are enjoying after dinner conversation, the kids can head upstairs to relax in the theater seats to watch a movie or play games in the media room. At the end of the night, everyone will want to gather on the patio around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking surrounding views.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Our group of 12 had a seamless and beautiful time away to Hatari Lodge. The home is spacious and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax. We'd love to return in the future and highly recommend this lodging to anyone!

It is always a pleasure to be able to stay in this beautiful, well-appointed mountain home. From a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lovely living areas, media room to the hot tub and gorgeous view of the mountains, we look forward to our stay in this home every year. Perfect home for a couple's retreat. It is easily accessible to the town of Breckenridge and to the gondola to the ski areas.

Lovely property in beautiful Shock Hill neighborhood. Easy access to gondola and downtown Breckenridge. Hatari Lodge is a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults and 4 small children with private sleeping areas on multiple levels of the property. Favorite gathering area is the back patio. Lots of comfortable seating and dining areas, a gas grill plus a hot tub and firepit for relaxing evenings among beautiful trees and landscaping. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Close to gondola.. Great kitchen with top of the line appliances and cookware and spices. Very clean house with comfortable beds. We had a few plumbing issues but the company responded quickly.

Ideal house for two large families. Plenty to keep the children occupied (pool table, cinema room, board games) and lots of space. Shame the dining table is a squeeze for a full house. Some of the housekeeping could be improved on, but I have fed this back to the management company in detail.

In one word, our stay at this VRBO in Breckenridge was phenomenal! The house is a luxurious blend of comfort and elegance, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The plush stuffed animals scattered throughout the house added a charming touch of whimsy, loved by adults and kids alike. The home has a very comfy home theater, perfect for family movie nights.

The well-appointed kitchen made meals easy and enjoyable. Reliable Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the bathrooms were like personal spas - the ultimate luxury after a day of mountain adventures. We especially loved unwinding in the outdoor hot tub under the Colorado stars.

But what truly sets this place apart is its location. It's so close to the gondola, which meant quick, easy access to the best of Breckenridge. We could walk the trails, visit the top of the mountain in the Gondola, or go mountain biking right from the top of the lodge. I highly recommend this location to be able to do any adventure.

This property is a perfect retreat, regardless of the season. It's more than just a house; it's an experience. And it's one we can't recommend enough. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

The home was a perfect fit for our needs and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very convenient to everything in the town, and it was just a short 5 minute walk to a free gondola ride. The only negative was that the owners apparently had scheduled a roof replacement to start after our stay, however the contractor brought the materials out during our stay. The property management company had not been advised of this, however they handled it exceptionally. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our three children, their spouses, and all four of our grandchildren. Was a great location and an amazing house for the week. Highly recommend both the Hatari Lodge and Pinnacle Lodging.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hatari Lodge. The home is beautifully appointed and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The game room was fantastic for our teenagers -- we had great ping pong tournaments and movie nights. We cooked dinner every night and there were plenty of pans and dishes to use for that. The only complaint is that there was no tupperware to be used for leftover food storage. That would have been helpful.

Also, be careful walking in the garage and on the driveway in ski boots. We had a couple spills on our way to the gondola.

An annual extended family ski trip of adults 11 people this year. I selected Hatari Lodge because of its described amenities and location to the gondola access on Shock Hill Breckenridge.

This mega house was amazing. Absolutely no disappointments. The highlight for the extended adult family had to be the media room with eight reclining couches a pool table and everything that in adult family for enjoyment would want.

The remainder of the house was exquisite. Two large master Bedrooms and large walk-in showers one of which was a hit with all of the members for the steaming. Remaining bathrooms and bedrooms more than adequately served all these adult members.

The walk-in ski room to leave our boots and the multiple boot dryers, leave the boot dryers at home.

The kitchen was exquisite with enough plates and cups to go through an entire day. Two dishwashers. A draw of complete seasonings. A pantry for storage.

The outdoor fire pit, 8+ person hot tub and gas grill completed the picture.

Access to the Shock Hill Station gondola. Was about a 400 foot walk not a stretch but remember you are at altitude.

In summary for the large family who desires the best of amenities then you cannot Do any better than Hatari Lodge and Pinnacle Management

Hatari Lodge is in a great location and our group of 7 adults had a great visit. Very quiet and spacious for privacy, but great group areas as well. Highlights were the theatre/game room and the wide open kitchen. Just wish the shuttle system ran nearby and the gondola stayed open longer. Overall, would return to Hatari Lodge again.

Hatari Lodge was an excellent home for our family of nine durning Christmas week. Spacious, comfortable house with easy access to skiing and hot tub for after ski relaxation. The property was accurately represented on the Airbnb website, clean and well maintained. The manager, Pinnacle Lodging, was helpful and responsive. We recommend this property for a great visit in Breckinridge, convenient to the town and the slopes.

Hatari Lodge was an amazing rental! The property was gorgeous, extremely clean and well-appointed. We loved the theater room and the hot tub. Location is great—private trails accessible from the backyard that to public hiking trails, as well as walking distance to the gondola. We even walked to Main Street a few times. We originally booked the property before COVID, and the management company went out of their way to accommodate our multiple rescheduling attempts. They were responsive and flexible over the year+ we had to keep rebooking. My only (minor) complaint would be that we would have appreciated a few more pantry items available, like olive oil.

Great location! We visited in Aug for a week of hiking & biking. Walking distance to the free gondola, Shock Hill station. Also, walking distance to downtown-about 20 mins walk, but a nice walk. Home was large, open, quiet, had everything you need in the kitchen, and a fabulous outdoor area! Property mgmt pleasant and check in was contactless. I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re looking for convenience and high end property. Absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again without question!

This home was incredible, and in a great location. The first morning we were there, a moose was outside of our kitchen window eating. She laid down for what we thought was a rest. Turns out, she was giving birth. We saw baby's first steps! It was incredible. Service was amazing. We work remotely and the wifi was a slow, but management fixed it for us quickly. We were seriously discussing trying to stay another week! We will be back.
