This is the second time we have stayed at the Wolverine Lookout, because we love it. We never want to leave!! It’s so clean, furniture is comfortable (not worn out), neighborhood is friendly, and the views are amazing..

This was our second extended trip to Wolverine lookout, and our second stay was just as wonderful as the first! Beautiful accommodations and quiet neighborhood.

The only things that I think are worth noting for a future visitor is that the food storage options are very limited, so if you’re planning on cooking it might be worth bringing extra. Similarly, things like foil, parchment paper, baggies, cooking oil etc that we’ve had access to in other rentals must be purchased. For our two week long stay we also only had access to a small bar soap for handwashing which was challenging with three young children.

All these small things said, it wouldn’t hold us back from a future stay. Just helpful information that would have saved us an extra trip to the store after we arrived :)

Excellent property! Loved the layout and space this home provided. Easy to access and very spacious for our group. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Had a slight issue with a leak in the roof while we were there. However, property manager was very responsive and fixed right away. Only suggestion for improvement would be some non-stick pans.

The entire rental experience was exceptional from start to finish. The business-side with was efficient, timely and effortless. Communication was top-notch. The property itself was beautiful, well maintained and accurately described. This property is unlike many rentals, where the furnishings make you feel as though you are in a rental. The linens, towels, dishes, appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. are top quality, like you'd have in your own home. A 6-person hot tub that actually holds 6 people... COMFORTABLY (two of which were 6'+ tall). Nothing but good things to say about this property. My next trip to Breck will include another stay here.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible! We spent three weeks here on a family vacation and have no complaints about our stay. We had everything we needed for an extended trip. The management company was very quick to respond when we had questions or needed help. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! It is greatly maintained - everything seems like new including the furniture and decor. The location was a few minutes from Main Street, but the views of the mountains and sunsets were amazing. It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

The property itself is wonderful and has everything you would need. We had a few small issues with the property management company at check in and one other small issue. Nothing to do with that property itself which is fantastic. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing time during Thanksgiving at this home. It was perfect for our family and made the Holiday very special. The house was in a perfect location and had all the amenities we could ask for. The home is absolutely beautiful and well built.

This home appears to be brand new, so new that not all windows had window coverings yet, but those that did were fancy Hunter Douglas electronic coverings. They also need some furniture on the deck, but I bet that is coming. The living room really only seats 3 people, but the kitchen table has plenty of chairs to move around. The layout and kitchen amenities were plentiful (more silverware & glasses than I'd ever seen in a rental unit). Could use a few more spices and cooking basics, like olive oil and sugar, but those will probably accumulate with more guests. Every bedroom had a beautiful attached bathroom and large closet. The double garage is also spacious and plenty of room for two more cars in the driveway. The place is located near the Breckenridge golf course and about 3 miles outside the town, which we love. It's also close to the bike trail that goes between Breckenridge and Frisco. I highly recommend this property!
