Very satisfied. We needed 6 separate bedrooms and this house was ideal for that situation.
We liked the nice decks, the game room, and the expansive main room.
No concerns at all .
The management company was very responsive.

The whole family gasped at the size, comfort and layout. We loved the relative seclusion and yet nearness to downtown Breck. We enjoyed our meal prep with the well appointed kitchen and supplies.

Beautiful home inside and out. Very clean. So much space for our family of 10. Kids enjoyed the basketball game on the lower level. Adults had a great time playing pool. The hot tub was the perfect activity after shopping, eating, hiking, and horseback riding! Loved our vacation. Many family memories were made.

This home was large with everything you need for a family getaway.
Sleds, comfy bedding, 7 mins to town. Games, etc etc- the hot tub, lively towels and steam shower were amazing.

It was perfect!

The only negative that I may add would be the lighting was not great. I was unable to read after 4 because the home had very dim lighting throughout. A few more end tables near the couch would be nice too because the only place to put a drink down, etc was a sofa ottoman.

We loved it and would definitely return!

Perfect for a girls getaway. Great views, easy access to the mountains and nearby towns, very clean and comfortable, just a fun place to relax and enjoy the beauty that is Breckinridge. I would definitely return and recommend. Wonderful for a family or large group. We absolutely LOVED the Swift Getswsy!

We came to Breckenridge for a family wedding. Three generations stayed in this house and it was wonderful. Spacious enough for our group of 9 where we could be together or separate. Super clean! We loved this property so much. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

We had a great stay in this house. We're an extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids under 13. We had plenty of room to gather, and for everyone to have some privacy when needed. Everything was sparkling clean and in good operating order. The porches and decks are wonderful, kitchen fully stocked, management company responsive. We would go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was PERFECT for our family. We saw a fox, several deer and a bear. We enjoyed the deck and the easy access to Breckenridge! Our grandkids enjoyed the train park and we all enjoyed access to Lake Dillion and the Blue River. The management company was GREAT!

We rented this home for a quick trip to Breck with my family for our parents wedding anniversary. The home was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the rec room with pool table & pop a shot, hot tub and proximity to town. The home is also right down the street from the Bald Mtn. trailhead and we were able to get a really good hike in to the top. The only downside to the location, is that you have to drive into town and park, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. The house had everything you would need during a vacation. As some of the commenters mentioned, the upstairs can get a little warm, but if you open the windows at night and use the provided fans you will get plenty of cool air. It would be nice if they replaced the small ceiling lights with Fan/Light combo fixtures to provide a consistent breeze. The only other thing that I noticed could be a potential problem, is that we were only given a code to the garage and not front door. It would be very easy for someone in the group to lock the inside garage door and then not be able to access the home(Thought this was kind of odd, seeing that they make door locks with codes that can be changed). Otherwise, we really enjoyed our 4 day trip.

We gathered for a summer family reunion with our three children and their spouses and two grandchildren. This house was everything we hoped for and more. The photos are accurate, and the house is well maintained and spotless. Even the outdoor grill was very clean. We loved the hot tub and used it almost every night. The house had plenty of room for everyone to gather together for meals and games or just spread out and get some private time if needed. A bonus for us was the private driveway/parking lot. We used it for bikes, roller blading and kick ball. Several days we saw deer and foxes in our backyard. The property manager was easy to work with, polite, and responsive. This house is a hidden gem on Baldy Mountain. I would highly recommend it and I know we will be back again to Swift Getaway.

This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of areas to come together for games and laughter. Everything was comfortable, but make sure to get all the windows open to cool off the second floor. Walk down the road a bit for a fun family hike.

We loved the house, the amount of room, and the entire experience. We did have trouble getting a consistent temperature throughout the home, but there were fans and portable heaters throughout the home to help with everyone's individual needs. The game room was a great place for fun and for all the kids to feel like they had their own place. The elevation messed with a few in our party, but we were aware that could happen, (No fault of the home). The house had all the room we needed, and we didn't need 4WD even with snow and ice.

only complaints are #1 very low water pressure in 3rd floor shower. #2 heater in 3rd floor king bedroom not keeping room above warm #3 no broom could be found #4 wifi not working but one day & #5 if snowing best have 4x4. these were not huge issues for us. location from town was fantastic, views were even better. we hope to return next snow season

The weekend was flawless. Check-in, check-out and the stay were all extremely good. The property was perfect for our family, including 6 adults and 3 children. Expansive house with many areas to play or rest.
