LOCATION – This private home is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood off of Ski Hill Road. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. Just a short walk away is the Breckenridge Nordic Center which provides numerous trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The trails to the Gondola are accessible in the summer months only.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 2 car garage & 3 outdoor spaces - 5 spaces total
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Sunrise Ski Haus was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The house is beautifully designed, with well thought out common areas both inside and out. We appreciated how clean everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was. Each of our kids cooked one night, and they found everything they needed. We hiked most mornings, visited local towns in the afternoon and spent evenings at the house. While there, we played games at the large dining table, soaked in the hot tub and made s'mores on the gas fire pit. We were able to walk into town and we caught the gold line shuttle just around the corner from the house. It was also easy to walk to the mid mountain gondola stop. The management company was very responsive and came almost immediately to fix a minor issue with the grill. This was one of the nicest homes we've rented and we would love to return one day. Highly recommend!

Great last minute rental - beautiful place- only note is the kitchen could use a better coffee maker- the Mr.coffee pot quality doesn’t match the cost/level of rental. Go to WS Outlet and get a Mochamaster - it’s a 10!

This is absolutely the best house we have stayed in any location! The pictures are gorgeous and the furnishings and experience were even beyond expectations. It was in a super location for us. Fantastic views and easy walk to town. For future trips to Breck, this will be our only choice!

We loved the house. It is beautiful and amenities were perfect. Only a slight recommendation that the beds in bunk room and 2nd King are uncomfortable. Might be time for mattress or bed support updates in those downstairs beds.

This home has it all and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our 11 day stay here. The views from every room are spectacular and the home is immaculate and well-appointed. The location is perfect and we could easily walk into downtown Breck, walk up to Peak 8 and take beautiful hikes right outside the house.

Such a beautiful home and looks just like the photos. Great location, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, incredible views, and awesome kitchen. Our family of 6 adults had a great week in Breck and would definitely stay in this home again!

This house was a perfect place for our family. In a central location to peak 8 & going into town. Games for the kids, hot tub, & fire pit outside was perfect!! For the summer time. The communication with vacation management company was awesome!!!
