LOCATION – Located off Highway 9 on the south end only 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge, you get the best of both - the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods with everything you want in town just a short drive away. When you’re ready for some outdoor activity, this neighborhood boasts loads of terrain for cross-country skiing, hiking, and exploring near the Blue River.

AMENITIES – This spacious three-level home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests who can cook, dine, and retire to the living room for a movie on the mounted, flat-screen television. Also on this level is the beautiful master bedroom. The first floor has a bedroom and features a living area with a large flat-screen television and sleeper sofa. There are two additional bedrooms on the third level with a shared bathroom. The covered back porch has rocking chairs and a gas grill. Indulge in the private hot tub when it’s time to relax after a long day hiking trails or on the slopes. If you’re feeling like a spirited game, enjoy the foosball table, shuffle board table or pop-a-shot basketball—sure to be a fun time for everyone in the family.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 4 spaces total

• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

The house was perfect for our group size (6 people) as it could sleep plenty with the size. The location was amazing, very close to everything in Breck. Management was awesome, assisting us every step of the way. Will definitely stay again!

We had the best time. We could have never left and had everything we needed to enjoy a week secluded from everyone. Board games, hot tub, shuffle board and foosball table. This home is a dream. So much room and everything was up to date. We will be staying again.

We stayed at his property during my son’s wedding that took place on black bear lodge. The property was in Clean, cozy, comfortable. My family will look back at the memories at this house for years to come. We encountered a small fox and a family of moose. It was literally delightful!

Incredibly tranquil and yet so close to downtown Breckenridge all wrapped into one home! Plenty of space in the home for privacy within your group. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy access with codes on doors. Great neighborhood for morning walks or quiet coffee on the porch. We appreciated the extra touches for guests....hot tub towels, phone chargers and humidifier, to name a few. We visited in August with both sets of in-laws. All thought the home was perfect. Perfect space, perfect location! Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay & would highly recommend. The home was spotless & well appointed. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the games in the garage and playing in the woods.
