This home has great potential...its location, design, size, and amenities all offer the promise of a memorable stay. However, the general maintenance & cleaning shortcomings preclude giving this property a five star review. The garage floor was beyond filthy, one of the rear speakers in the movie room was blown, dust fell from the fans when turned-on, the master bedroom & lower family room carpets need thorough cleaning, the barbecue grill was in desperate need of cleaning, and the outside decks & patios were unclean to say the least. All items on this list could be EASILY addressed and REMEDIED...that's not asking too much, especially based on the photos and rental fee that imply "all is in order!"

Slopeside is a wonderful home with all that you can need for a trip away from home. Location is perfect with it being just a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola and all the mountain activities being right there! Grocery store was a5 minute drive. Had plenty of towels, humidifiers, kitchen utensils. We loved the games and the kids bunk room is amazing. The double showers in the kids bath is so convenient!! I love that each room had a bathroom as well. The management company was so attentive. We needed a new toaster and they showed up in 5 minutes with one! The only negative is the house is not soundproof and any movement upstairs was heard in the downstairs bedrooms. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper :)

Great experience in a perfectly located house. East access to the slopes and to downtown Breck. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. The hot tub is a lager one so 5 or 6 adults fit comfortably. Plenty of spaces for hanging out or getting some alone time.

Slopeside Manor will be at the Top of the List for all future stays at Breckenridge. One thing to consider about the VisitBreck/Pinnacle Lodging team is that they have a large inventory of great places to stay. We had an airline cancelation along with I-70 interstate closing and Ethan and his team were able to get us 2 nights at a reasonable rate just around the corner in the Peak 8 area.

What a fantastic and welcoming place! The setting is beautiful up in the mountain with fantastic views anytime of day. The bedrooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories with plenty of room for preparation and cooking. Spent quite a bit of time enjoying the various patio settings. About the only thing we didn't get a chance to enjoy was the theater room! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Slopeside Manor was so much more than we imagined! All 13 of us were very comfortable with ample space for sitting around visiting & eating with a well-stocked kitchen & nice bedroom/ bathrooms. The awesome game room, movie theater, fire pit & hot tub kept us all entertained in the evenings. Such a great place for family to gather & create special memories! Loved it!

We brought our HS Cross Country team to Breckenridge to do some summer time altitude training and team bonding. Our stay at Slopeside Manor was a perfect fit for us. There was a ton a room for all the athletes to find their space or get together for some games or movies. It was a great location, close to town and easy to go out for a quick run. This is our 5th trip to area over the years, our first at Slopeside Manor. This was the best place we've stayed at thus far.

Our stay at Slopeside Manor was our favorite experience yet! The home was perfect for us and was absolutely beautiful! We discovered there was an opening for the day after we were leaving so even extended our stay.
The management team was fantastic. We had one situation with the water, and they took care of it immediately.
There was one problem - our grandkids just wanted to stay at the house the entire time and not go anywhere - they loved the media room and all of the games!

This was the perfect house for our 3 families! It was big with lots of space and the teenagers enjoyed the movie room and games! The location was perfect so everyone could come and go as they please! We got right on a green slope across the street from our house that took us right to the base of peak 8! Skiing home was just as easy! Take trygve to the house! This rental company is spectacular! This is my 2nd time renting from them and they are awesome!! For a dream ski vacation stay here!!

Slopeside Manor was an excellent place for our family vacation. We (5 couples) each had our own private bathroom and had plenty of space to spread out. It was very clean and quite honestly was one of the nicest homes I've ever been in. Thanks again Pinnacle!
