AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, the newly built townhome features a contemporary design paired with dramatic views and outstanding amenities. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. The gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel Viking Appliances and beautiful granite slab countertops. The outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Beautiful home that was conveniently located near downtown Breckenridge. Bunk rooms with queen sized beds offered comfortable sleeping for our party. However, it did get quite warm while sleeping. Views were impeccable. Pac-Man was an added bonus.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and super comfortable. Great views of the mountain, easy walk to the gondola. And easy walk to town. We had a wonderful ski vacation! And the property managers were so helpful and accommodating!

Our family had a lovely stay in Slope View Chalet. We utilized the cozy fire place daily and enjoyed the layout of the home. Daily walking to Main Street to enjoy the charm, food and shops of Breckenridge. We cannot wait to return.

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit, and we loved staying here. In particular the location was perfect: quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown Breck, short walk to groceries, easy access to Hwy 9. There were just 2 of use, so we didn't use the downstairs much. Not a good place for 2 couples, since the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We'll be back next summer.

This house is great for a family. The upstairs is roomy and has a perfect view of the ski area. Downstairs is great for the kids to have their own space. We were able to walk everywhere downtown. Sitting in the patio and watching the sunset was wonderful!

Rental was great for our family ski vacation. Location just off the start of main street and was walking distance to the gondola (or a 2 minute drive) and grocery store. Plenty of space both indoor and outdoors. Highly recommend if you aren't set on a ski in/out location.

Our family had a great stay! The townhome was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is right off Main Street and tucked into a great little street of other new townhomes. Nice, quiet street and a short 1-minute walk to get onto Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, gift shops and hiking. We had a great time!
