LOCATION – Ski Hill Condos are located on the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave in Breckenridge. They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.

AMENTIES – Warmly decorated with a stone fireplace and large flat screen television in the living area, you will find it the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Offering two bedrooms, the master bedroom comes complete with a king bed and private bath and the additional bedroom has a captain’s bunk. The complex also offers an on-site pool (seasonal) and outdoor hot tub, which is great way to end the day after skiing or biking.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Covered parking with 1 space available – 1 parking space total
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

The condo was nice, clean, and well kept. The hot tubs were nice as well! The location was the best part. 1 block from main Street and 50 yards from the gold line bus stop that brings you to Peak 7 and Peak 8. The ease of access to everything makes this place an excellent choice.

Ski Hill 27 was a good condo overall. Walking distance to the gondola, although pretty long in ski boots. Unit was as appeared in pictures. Only recommendations are to fix the LVP threshold in the hallway that is a trip hazard, and replace the coffee pot with a newer one that has auto shut-off. That one could burn the whole building down.

Longer term the carpet and linens in the bedrooms need to be replaced. They were dirty and exacerbated our allergies.

No such thing as a 5 mins walk to the Gondola, town, bars and restaurants, and also a second wallk to take buses to any peaks! Plus a cozy place to stay!!

This is my second time to stay here! Our family loves it. It's super clean, feels like home, and they thought of everything. Extra hooks for hanging towels, lights in the closets, humidifiers and fans, ect. The location is awesome, close to downtown, the gondola, and the store. We did several close hikes too. Look forward to coming back during ski season!

We had a fantastic stay. It is very close to down town. The bus up to the mountain is at the bottom of the driveway and it’s free! Very comfortable and cozy. Great for a 4 person family, but could handle more. The store is close. This was our second stay at the property. One issue with the microwave was solved within the day by the property manager. Very pleased.

This condo is in a great location to everything. Easy bus ride to peak 8 or 9. Close walk to the gondola and 1 block to main street. Property management was very responsive and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

This unit was everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Even a crockpot (we used to make Wassail to enjoy after we had skiied all day). The location is awesome. 4 minute walk to main street. 4 minute walk to gondola and bus stops right outside. The fireplace was exactly what we needed and the humidifiers we had on the entire time made it such a cozy spot for the week we stayed.
The condo was clean and cozy. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. Our condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect being only a block from Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops. Pinnacle Lodging was wonderful to work with. They answered my questions quickly and the condo was clean and ready ahead of schedule. We hope that we will be able to stay here a again.

Great location, easy walk to Main Street and the gondola. The only suggestion I would make is one that other guests have made- lighting is poor, especially in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a lamp with a cord that doesn’t even reach an outlet. Nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful. Very clean, easiest check in and out process ever. Would stay again.

The condo was in a great location close to Main Street and the gondola. It was the perfect size for my family of four. Agree with other comments about poor lighting but that's my only complaint.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and really comfortable. The location is perfect, a block from Main street and a block from the gondola. We would absolutely stay here again. The mgmt company was really easy to work with and even got us in an hour early.
