LOCATION Your home-away-from-home is located approximately four miles from town as well as the base of Peak 8. This property is also close to the Breckenridge Golf Club and gives easy access to all that Summit County has to offer!

AMENITIES: Let's start with the kitchen where granite countertops and stainless steel appliances offer guests the perfect environment to whip up top-notch dinners after a day on the slopes. The island seats 6 and the nearby dining area seats 8 while the adjacent great room with its roaring fireplace and spacious sofas is ideal for a nightcap and conversation. The separate downstairs living room area boasts a large flat screen TV, a DVD player. Rounding out this dream mountain home is a an elevated wrap-around deck with fireplace and gas grill.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 3 outdoor parking spaces total

Amazing weekend with great friends

We were delayed by snow in Denver but when we finally got to the house, it was everything we could have hoped for. The views were amazing and the location was perfect, it is in the mountains but close enough to town to have the best of both worlds. We saw two moose across the way off the balcony and the stars were gorgeous sitting in the hot tub.

House was perfect! Plenty of room 6 adults & 1 toddler. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. View off balcony was beautiful. All the appliances you need as well as a grill on balcony, which we used. Close to town. We will be back.

Shadow summit was a great property for our 3 families. The house was clean and comfortable, beds were comfy, bunk nook for the kids was a perfect spot for them as they were also able to utilize the second living space/tv area or join us on the main living area for family fun.

We just stayed here during the first week of August with a total of 12 people (3 couples and 6 kids). The home is well located in a mountainside neighborhood (would possibly need 4-wheel drive in winter) just to the north of Breckenridge. It is a 9 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola parking lots which have plenty of parking during the summer months and a 15 minute drive to Frisco.
The house was very clean and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The house was well stocked with enough kitchen items to prepare and eat meals. There was 1 dishwasher pod for each day of our stay and 1 kitchen garbage bag for each day (this was the only item we had to provide since our large group used more than 1 bag a day).
The coffee maker made both pots of drip coffee and could make single cups using k-cups (though the k-cup maker was somewhat inconsistent). They provided one small pack of coffee that would be enough for a couple cups so you will need to provide your own coffee.
There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional 8 beds in the 2 separate bunk rooms. With the pull out couch in the basement, there are beds for 16.
Overall, we had a great stay without any major issues and we would definitely recommend this location to any other large groups.

Cannot have asked for a better place. In my opinion it was better than advertised! Very clean, well stocked, lots of places to sleep and comfy beds! Hot tub was clean and hot...another memorable trip for our family!! We would recommend this to any of our friends!

My family and I just finished a 3 week stay at Shadows Summit, and it was the perfect home for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and kids loved all the bunk beds (8 of them!). All bedrooms are well equipped with full bathroom which was very comfortable for our guests. We enjoyed the kitchen and living area upstairs, along with the wraparound deck with a view of mountains. Hot tub was great as well. Oh and the best part - we saw a pair of moose right in front of the house on several days. We really enjoyed our stay and this home was really enjoyable!

Great house with plenty of amenities. Well stocked. We never ran out of any supplies. Very professional property management team with quick response to any questions. Hot tub was clean and always ready to use. I would definitely rent this house again.

Shadows Summit is a beautiful property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Breck! Close to downtown bars/resturants and not even a 10 minute drive to the mountain. The Check in/out process was seamless and there was ample sleeping space for the 8 people we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Overall we had a wonderful time at the Pinnacle Lodge. The house was immaculate with a wonderful location. The only problem we had was with the property management company. We arrived to the house after their office hours and had difficulty finding the garage’s keypad. The problem would have been solved quickly if I could have talked to someone on the phone. Instead we left messages on their “emergency contact” voicemail and didn’t hear back until 8am the next day, which was only via text message. Luckily we found out how to get in an hour later. This experience was my only disappointment with the trip and could have easily been avoided if the management company had an “on call” representative in times of emergency.

This house is in the great location in Breckenridge with the wonderful view all around. Near downtown. Comfortable, modern house with all the amenities needed for your stay. The kitchen has some tools use for baking. Jacuzzi for relaxation. Outdoor BBQ. It was a great stay!

This house was perfect for us! We had 12 guys sleep comfortably so it will work for any family. The deck and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend this house. Also pinnacle was amazing to deal with. I loved that they texted me everything and over communicated with me. They rock!

We had 9 girls stay here for a girls weekend in early June, and it was perfect!

The house itself is gorgeous and has a great view. We even saw a moose a few different times over the weekend! The upstairs area is nice and open, which made it a perfect spot for all nine of us to hang out. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better place. Many of the girls had me send them the link because they want to go back with their families!
