The property is located in a great Highlands community with easily accessible entrance and wide streets perfect for morning walks. This home as others are located on large lots ,surrounded with natural landscape and is set back and up from the street providing the privacy we were looking for. Plenty of parking and easy to drive up. The views are as described and what we absolutely enjoyed from outside or inside of the home.
The home design and decor from the 90’s is cozy, but shows some wear.
Front door & garage door entrance could be blown or swept out.

No central AC-
House was very warm and stuffy upon arrival on a hot day. Luckily there are plenty of windows & fans to improve the air flow. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.

The Living room fireplace was not functional on a cold evening.

Missing window screen in the upstairs side bedroom which gets very warm. Some screens are not fitting properly as bent/damaged.

Power window shades on left side upper,lower and rt side lower are not working.

For a house that can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably there are inadequate outdoor seating options. Only four heavily weathered chairs on upper deck. No other outside sitting or lounging options which would be expected at this class vacation rental.

Bed linen did not smell fresh.

No usable teflon coated pans as they are all heavily worn. The kitchen is large and well equipped.
Some light switches are non functional and some reversed.
No host to introduce and show the property and functions which we are accustomed to and would have appreciated at this caliber of VRBO.

House was fantastic! Great neighborhood, really close to downtown Breckenridge. The house is better in person than the pictures show, and had more than enough room, kitchen space for cooking, and activities to do. Would highly recommend for the summer, but might be far from the peaks for winter skiing. And surround sound speakers would be a nice addition!

Spacious listing with great views of the mountain. Breck and hiking options were easily accessible. Great neighborhood to walk on trails and explore.

Clean property with more than enough space for 9 of us. Able to cook and eat together easily while also having our own space for sleeping and showering.

Highly recommend the listing.

Pictures online were awesome, but this was the perfect mountain, late ski season, getaway. The home is amazing and so comfortable, and the views are amazing. Less than 2 miles from nearly any restaurant & shopping. The perfect landing spot in the mountains of Colorado. Cant wait to get back here in the summer months.

This house was 10/10 for our vacation needs! We had a 4 adults and 5 kids (age 5-15) and we all had plenty of space for everything we needed! The three car heated garage was really nice to park the cars and not have to deal with cleaning snow off in the morning. The mud room was great to come in from skiing to hang and dry out clothing. The view from the living room and hot tub made it all worth it. Tons of kitchen utensils and grill was great for cooking our own meals. Literally a 5 minute drive to ski at Breck, 15 mins to Keystone, and 45 mins to Vail. We skied all three! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views were outstanding. The beds were comfortable. Property manager extremely responsive and friendly. The 3 minute drive to the gondola to Peak 8 made skiing easy. We definitely plan on returning!

The house was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. Excellent supermarket (City Market) just 2 miles away. The neighborhood was very quiet at night; I slept so well with the windows open to allow the cool breeze. The house is well located for everything Breckenridge has to offer.

This was a great place for our family to gather. The home was very clean and well appointed. It is just a very short drive into town but far enough away to feel like you are alone in the wilderness. Wonderful time.

My team from work had an amazing time at Rounds Retreat! 6 adults and we had tons of space. Great rooms to hang out together in but also enough space to have some peace when you wanted it. Great location with a nice trail right behind the cabin and close to everything in town. Even had a chance to hand feed a fox that was hanging around the neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back to Rounds!
