Description

After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November. Main Street Breckenridge is an easy walk giving you plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options.

LOCATION – Next to the Four O'clock ski run, skiers and snowboarders can walk to the Snowflake Lift to catch the first chair in the morning and at the end of the day, ski down Four O'clock Run home. Ski-out to Park Avenue and Gondola / Shuttle access.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - One spot allowed per HOA
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

The rental was bigger than I expected! Plenty of room for our group of 3 and could sleep more. Very clean. Great TVs and a nice kitchen. We loved how close it is to all of the shops and restaurants. This is on the top floor so be prepared for some stairs!

Location is great, both for skiing and walking to town. Ski locker at lowest level is wonderful. Accommodations were good - a comfortable place to come back to after a day on the slopes. The main living area was a bit dark, need better lighting. Updated unit entry with a key code rather than actual cards would have been better - 4 cards for 6 guests can be an issue. The contract also provided for 2 parking spaces but only one tag in the unit - we had to call and get another. The parking lot was treacherous; while it is hard to clear with snow throughout the season and cars parked everywhere, this was an issue. We also had a few issues with the condo and the maintenance staff handled promptly (Clint).

This condo was very nice and the management company was great. The several flights of stairs were a bit much for some in our group. Ski in was great at the end of the day. Close to town and very walkable. Had to take a quick bus just to lift in the morning - the stop is at the front door so no big deal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pine Ridge 7E. Love the convenience of walking everywhere! Beds were comfy! Had communication from Pinnacle before, during, and after our stay! Only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score was having cold showers on a couple of mornings, but not the entire stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Our stay here was perfect. It fit 6 people very comfortably and had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome and close to the condo. Location was great, close/walkable to everything including ski lifts! Communication was quick as well. Picking up the keys was a little different than i've experienced before, we had to go to a separate destination (the management office I believe) to pick them up on our way there which was a bit difficult to find the exact building with google maps but everything worked out. There are 4/5 flights of stairs which wasn't a problem but keep that in mind for luggage! There was a locker downstairs that stored all of our ski gear which was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

We loved Pine Ridge and enjoyed the location, cleanliness and comforts of home. We did not appreciate Pinnacle, however, as communication was only via text and they expected us to pick up and return keys to a location only available by walking half-mile past bus stop when we hadn't rented a car.

Fantastic location. Overall condo was well furnished and the living room was spacious. Make sure you are in shape to climb up the 5 floors. For 6 people another bathroom upstairs would have been appreciated instead of walking downstairs. The mattresses in the loft need to be replaced or bigger beds...not really made for adults. Fireplace instructions didn't match the model, but we figured it out. It ran out of gas/propane the 2nd night.

Location is great, a short walk to town and a great jumping off point for adventures in the area including hiking, zip lines, rafting, biking, etc. The unit is clean and well appointed and fit our group really well.

Such a great experience at this condo! The location was great and convenient to all Breckenridge has to offer! Condo was clean, well equipped, and provided all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!
