All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

2nd time staying at this property. We like it for the 2 king beds. The master has a nice bathroom. The other king bedroom has a much smaller bathroom with a corner sink and small countertop. The bathroom inside the front door is nice sized, but not adjacent to the 3rd bedroom. Kitchen, dining and living space is nice size with views of Peak 8. We like being able to take the elevator down and walk out to the ski valet and then a very short distance to the lifts. The slope side patio is nice for apres ski.
The kitchen could use some new pans and baking sheets. Need to get the oven fixed. The master bed could use a low profile box spring, as now there is none. The one living room chair is showing some age, feathers are poking through the seat cushion. The cleaning crew could do a better job. Not sure how much time they get to clean between guests. Probably not enough for “deep” cleaning.
Pinnacle Lodging is great. Easy to reach (text, call or email)and very responsive. Great support!
Overall, it is a good value.

Great location and views. Kitchen organization was a mess and made it really hard to cook. The mgmt company said they would do an inventory after we left so hopefully they got it under control. Also the oven had electrical problems - it kept freezing up and I’d have to throw the breaker and reset to get the oven to turn back on. This happened 4-5 times over the the hour it took to cook a lasagna.

Overall, we were very happy with the condo, especially the location. You absolutely cannot beat the proximity to the Peak 8 mountain base, and ski lifts. This is a TRUE ski-in-ski-out offering complimentary ski valet, which we loved. If you were looking for extreme convenience while skiing, One Ski Hill condos will not disappoint. The drawback to this location is that it is about 1 1/2-2 miles from downtown Breckenridge, so not exactly walkable in the cold. We went into town for dinner each evening, although we opted not to rent a car for this trip. It worked great due to the complementary shuttle service offered by the condo, another great bonus. The main gondola is just outside the condo, which also offers convenient service into town during the day. That all being said, a big drawback for this particular unit, 8424 is that it is not managed by One Ski Hill. This meant that we had to pick up and drop off keys at the Pinnacle Lodging office in Frisco. It also meant that any issues we had with the condo could not be handled by the staff at the front desk. The first night we were there, one of the bedrooms was extremely cold. When I spoke with someone at the front desk, I was told that they could not do anything about it because they were not the property manager. None of this was made very clear upon booking, so we found this a frustrating. Picking up and dropping off the keys was not convenient at all, since we did not rent a car we had to pay a surcharge to our transportation service to make this stop both to and from the condo. Additionally, because our unit was managed by Pinnacle, and not on property, our checkout time was 10 AM whereas the rest of the resort was 11 AM. To be perfectly frank I would stay at this location again, but I would make sure that the unit I choose is managed on-site and not by a third-party property manager. None of this is necessarily a negative, I just think it’s important to have transparency b/c we knew none of this upon bo

Had a great time. Lovely views and fresh air. Place is very large. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 older teenagers. Condo exactly as pictured and well maintained. We came in shoulder season so many of the amenities were not open; no bar or restaurant, so plan accordingly with groceries etc if visiting in the off season.

We've stayed at One Ski Hill Place before and love it there. This condo was fantastic and loved the location and the double balconies! Great views, the beds were super comfortable, and loved all the room.

We had great time at One Ski Hill Place #8424... The condo was perfect for our party of six... It was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the amenities we took advantage of the bowling and pools.. We parked the car in the garage and just took the free bus service back and forth to town.. Can’t wait to return..

For access to the slopes, ski school, and equipment rental, you would be hard pressed to find a better unit. The ability to valet your skis at the end of the day and have them waiting the next morning is made all the more pleasurable by the awesome staff. The view from the living room window is simply spectacular and you won't find a more responsive management company on the mountain. We had issues with the x-finity connection and with a promised blow-up mattress; both of which were dealt with. We were disappointed with the removal of bunk beds (one of the reasons we rented the unit), the cleanliness of the unit (there were actually pans in the cupboard growing mold), and the quality of the king-sized mattresses (they could use an upgrade). Overall, we were satisfied enough to book again for next year.

This unit checked all the boxes for our visit to Breckenridge. Unit was well kept and property managers responded quick to questions. Picking up and returning the key offsite wasn't an issue for us but would be much more convenient if there was a lockbox at unit with key. Another inconvenience was the fact that you only get one parking pass and the closest offsite lot is quite a ways away that you need to take a bus back from. I can understand there being a shortage of spaces in the winter season but during the summer there was plenty of open parking in on-site garage. Location would be great for winter with access to lift and gondola right outside your door.

We were very happy with this rental as a party of 6 (4 adults and two young children). The location was very convenient to have lunch at the condo every day and to take turns staying with our two year old who still naps in the afternoons. Having amenities like the pool and bowling alley was fun with young kids. The kitchen was stocked very well and we had everything we needed for meals and drinks. The pantry even had some left over items from previous guest. I would recommend visiting the condo first before grocery shopping as we ended up buying duplicates of items that were already at the condo. Communication with the rental company was quick and easy through email and text when we had a question about the family room tv. The place was spotless and spacious and we would recommend to anyone but especially if you have young children.

We loved this unit! It had great views, was stocked with everything we needed, and was well thought out and cared for. We enjoyed many of the amenities at the resort. It was a bit cumbersome not having the extra living room chairs or the coffee table (assume they were out for repair or being replaced).
