LOCATION – Walk to town and ski to your door, you cannot beat this location in Breckenridge! Mountain Thunder Lodge sits off Park Ave within walking distance to the Breckenridge Station Gondola and Main St. Just outside of the complex is the Skyway-Skiway Run that allows skiers to ski home at the end of the day (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). A complimentary resort shuttle is also available to take guests to the mountain or anywhere in town.

MOUNTAIN THUNDER RESORT AMENITIES – The elegant yet rustic grand lobby of Mountain Thunder Lodge features a beautifully decorated sitting area that with log accents, slate floors, plush furniture and a fireplace. It also features a fitness center, complimentary shuttle, conference/business space, common area outdoor pool & hot tub area with gas grills and a children’s play area.

ONE SKI HILL PLACE RESORT AMENITIES – Being a guest of Mountain Thunder Lodge also gives you access to One Ski Hill Place Resort located at the base of Peak 8. Amenities include two pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, bowling alley, movie lounges, game room, fitness center, rejuvenation center, restaurants, ski school and a complimentary resort shuttle.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 2 car garage & 1 outdoor space – 3 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security and to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

This is a great property! Fantastic location. Can walk to the downtown area or the gondola. It is as described in the listing. Very comfortable. If you plan on cooking, just take note, they’re really no condiments and we did not have any cleaning supplies. Would stay here again

Big beautiful condo. View of mountains, golden aspens, walk to shops, premium appliances. Only problem was 9200 feet high. Took whole stay to adjust. 5 stars!!!

This house was amazing. You could not ask for a better location, you could walk to the gondola and ski home on the trails. The shuttle in the morning was extremely convenient (shout out to Frankin!). The house had plenty of room, large couch in living room, beds were comfortable and house was spotless on arrival. Best part was being able to walk into town for dinner. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in a few nights. Garage made it easy to store skis and take boots off. Lastly, the management company was great to deal with, we had to shift our dates which they accommodated and they were great with the communications.

This place is beautiful, in the perfect location, and very comfortable. We didn't get the chance to use any of the main lodge amenities because we didnt receive a key until two days after our arrival, and we had already planned to hit the hot springs. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. The beds were mostly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible! The rest of the house was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and well furnished.

The property was beautiful, even more spacious than the photos, and the location was perfect. Overall, our group of 5 friends had a lovely stay and enjoyed skiing at Breck. The townhome is in between three different hot tubs and was a treat to ski right back to on the 4'clock run. The free shuttle was also a big convenience on the days the group didn't want to walk to the gondola. We'd be happy to return but will be better prepared next time in terms of stocking the house for essentials.

The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars was compared to numerous other vacation rental properties I've had, I felt that this one was lacking in "basic" supplies for the house. Specifically, for renting a home for a week and for the cost, I expected a bit more. For kitchen spices and cooking oil there was only salt and pepper. For cleaning supplies, there was sufficient toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags but only 2 dishwasher pods and 2 packages of laundry detergent. There were no cleaning supplies (e.g. all purpose cleaner) beyond a broom and vacuum. I found this strange as you would think the owners would want to provide guests with supplies to keep the home clean and clean up after themselves when cooking etc.

I will note that the property management company did state they only provide an initial supply of sundry items, however I do feel like this was below average from other rentals I've had.

We did contact the property management company upon arrival as there was no wine bottle opener which they were able to deliver the next day.

Overall, it wasn't a big enough deal to pester the property management company with and we just bought extra supplies from the local grocery store. However if every guest is doing the same and leaving unused items behind, I have a feeling the cleaning crew is taking any leftover cleaning supplies and putting them in the locked closets so the next guest needs to go out and buy more spices, cleaning supplies e

We had an amazing time for our vacation to Breckenridge. This house had plenty of room and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Having the garage was so nice to park our car in from the snow. This location was close to everything. You could even walk to the gondola if you wanted. We would recommend this to others. Family’s or just adults it’s perfect.
