LOCATION – Located just off Main Street, this property is within walking distance to the gondola, to give you immediate access to Peak 8 as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year.

AMENITIES – The upper level of the property is host to the master king suite with plenty of privacy in an area all its own. On the lower level you will find the bunk bedroom with a private bath. The main level area encompasses the living area, dining area, and kitchen featuring in-floor heating, vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings accented by gorgeous tile flooring. In addition, guests will love the in-floor heating and Sonos audio system found throughout the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a five-burner gas range with griddle, ideal for a family breakfast before heading out to the mountain for the day. Nights in will be enjoyed by the fire or stepping onto the patio for a soak in the private hot tub.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Every October, my small group travels to Breckenridge to enjoy all the town has to offer. This is my first time staying at the Main Street Retreat but it won't be the last. This is a fantastic property steps away from Main Street. This is the North end of Main Street with Rootstalk and Highside Brewing immediately across the way. The check in process was simple with the code and directions texted beforehand. The property itself has plenty of room for two couples, with maybe a few kids for the upper bunk. The rooms had nice beds. We really enjoyed the fireplace that heated quickly as well as heated floors in the living area. The hot tub is right outside of the living room. It worked well other than jets seem to time out at 20 or 30 minutes each time. A building in front provides good privacy but you have a narrow view of main street and the mountains to enjoy. The kitchen was well appointed with cups, plates, etc.. In short, fantastic price for a well maintained and well located condo.

This condo feels like a stand alone house. Being 1/4 block off Main Street you can’t get a better location in Breckinridge. Pinnacle Lodging always does a great job with a questions we might have or if we need anything.

The property is in the perfect location. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, including extra pillows, a hot tub, and extra towels. The property management team were fantastic to deal with. We hope to visit next year.

This is our second stay at Main Street Retreat. This property is perfect for our small family and has become our go-to property for our stays in Breckenridge. The location to the gondola and just off Main Street is really convenient. We will be back.

The location of this condo is hard to beat. You are steps away from main street. Its also the only condo we could find on Main street with a private hot tub. The check-in process was simple and the lodging company was extremely responsive.

We really enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at this house. The location couldn't be better as it's just steps from the gondola and you can walk all of main street from the front door. The house was very clean and the kitchen/bathrooms were nicely stocked.

We absolutely loved the space! Location is right on Main Street ans walking distance to the gondola. Loved the mountain industrial style. Neighbors were super friendly. Someone should probably take a look at the water pressure in the master bath sink. Shower was fin though. Highly recommend and we will be back! ✌️��️��

I recently stayed at the Main Street Retreat Rental and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and shops. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. FYI - best part was that the gondola was across the street and gave easy access to all your hopes and dreams of snowboarding or skiing.

The townhouse was very comfortable and convenient. Once you are there you can easily walk around town with quick easy access to all the shops and restaurants. My wife and I had a great time with our two kids!

The rental was great. Clean inside. Would love to stay again. Awesome location. Right at downtown and 1 block away from the bus station and Gondola. Made getting to the mountain so easy!

The hot tub needs a little work, rust stains and a little gritty but not too bad at all.

My only complaint would be the lack of a place to store luggage. Its a late check-in(4pm) and an early check-out(10am). We were stuck with luggage for 4 hrs while we waited for the shuttle. The company did offer to let us put luggage in their office in.....Frisco. So that was not much help. So unless you figure something out for your luggage don't show up early or try and stay in town later.

Place worked out perfectly for us, especially for spring skiing since it's close to gondola and right on Main St. We enjoyed the hot tub. The unit has good separation between upstairs & downstairs bedrooms. The table in kitchen is too big & ugly and the attempt to add metal with the furnishings doesn't work (imho). Bedding, pillows and mattresses, etc were all nice and comfy. Great communication with property management; it was very clean and the overall rental experience was perfect. Thank you for a well run rental.

This is a very nice townhouse close to everything. It cannot be overstated how exception it is to just be able to walk to the gondola for skiing all day and to restaurants for dining in the evening! The hot tub is also a huge perk. Radiant heat from the floors is luxurious. Super clean. Fantastic management company.

Cannot say enough about this place! It was an AWESOME location! Literally walking distance to anything in Breckinridge! It was clean, beautiful, cozy, and loved the hot tub! Property manager was only a text away anytime we needed anything too! Will definitely keep this place on my list! We have a wonderful family vacation here!

We travel to Breckenridge often and have always stayed in a cabin up in the mountains. This time we decided to get a house downtown for the convenience of walking. This home was quaint, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The only thing missing was a view of the mountains.

This location is the best if you want to be able to walk downtown. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. Everything was clean and the management team responded very promptly when needed. The only thing I would suggest, is having some more kitchen cooking essentials other than just salt and pepper. We would definitely stay here again though.

Townhome is in a great location right next to Main Street. It is extremely clean with all essentials included. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!!
