LOCATION – The lodge is tucked away on a secluded 1 acre of land filled with towering aspens and pine trees. While this home is an ideal spot for Nordic skiers, hikers and bikers because of its close proximity to the many miles of trails in the area, it is also only ten minutes to Main Street Breckenridge and the ski lifts.

AMENITIES – Recently renovated, the Lodge boasts gas and wood-burning fireplaces, four full baths on three levels and a gourmet country kitchen with stainless steel appliances and customized wood cabinets. From beautiful area rugs on hardwood floors to soaring cathedral ceilings, your warm and rustic retreat will embrace you for your entire stay. There is plenty of space for everyone from the three separate living areas, plus TV nook, media room, bunk and rec room, and office nook if needed.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 4 outdoor spaces
• AWD/4WD Vehicle required between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old
• Maximum Overnight Occupancy - 8

Loved our stay at the Lodge at Boreas Pass! It’s an absolutely beautiful home in a picturesque location. Pinnacle Lodging was very receptive to any needs that arose during our stay, with very friendly and helpful staff members over the phone and in person. This house was great for our group of 8. The house was set up really well. The location was fantastic for us to go and look around Breck, drive a few minutes to Vail and Keystone. Our entire group loved this house.

This home was the perfect setup for our crew! The basement was a great hangout spot for the kids after days filled with adventures. The view from the large deck was amazing and we had a curious fox visitor everyday. We loved having a sitting area with views of the slopes. The hot tub was a great way to relax under the stars each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and the grill made for a delicious steak dinner in. The house was far enough away from town to feel secluded but close enough to enjoy Breck and all the great shops and restaurants. It took a little time to get used to the altitude, the cabins sits at just about 10,500ft, but the views and location were worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed by this home. No foose ball table. A small air hockey table for kids. No matter, we were too tired after a long day of adventures. Make sure you rent an all wheel drive car for this mountain home. Steep hills in snow are a challenge without snow tires or chains. Hot tub made our stay! Helped relax those muscles after a long day skiing. Banquet size table can easily fit 6 adults. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Management staff was awesome! Made sure we wante for nothing. Incredible vacation!

The Lodge at Boreas was the perfect home for 3 families with teenage children to share. Plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities were perfect. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything else was clean and easy.

It was a relaxing and comfortable vacation home. had everything we needed. Love the location and the hot tub. When the coffee machine didn't work the property management company had a new one for us in 15 minutes. They were great to work with.
