LOCATION – This spacious four-bedroom townhome is close to the Base of Peak 8 and the Breckenridge Nordic Center. Hop on the free shuttle that is only a couple of blocks away and within minutes to the slopes or downtown for great restaurants, charming shops and fun nightlife.

AMENITIES – After spending an incredible day on the mountain, you will enjoy coming home to a relaxing setting. There are four bedrooms including two master suites each with their own private baths. The lower level master includes a gas fireplace that offers a retreat at the end of a busy day on the mountain. The main level offers an open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area that is a natural gathering place for your group. When you need to unwind and relax step into the hot tub located on the lower level patio.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

All in all, this was a great rental experience. The home is modern & comfortable & in a ideal location. The only problems we had were not being able to control the temperature in the home. The downstairs was way too hot. The only other problem was the technical difficulties from the property mngmt co. They were having difficulties & their texts were not received. I had to call them & ask that they send the access code by email.

We had 2 families stay here for skiing and it was amazing. Clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need besides food. We had a great experience and we would definitely stay again. Also the property management team is great, and you can text them any time. They were very helpful. 5 stars!!!
Only downside is you have to drive and drop skiers off, or ride the tram. It’s a far walk uphill and there is not much parking up there unless you prepay which I recommend.

So Clean and well maintained.
Loved the boot dryers, many many hooks for items in bedrooms and entry, large dining table, working hot tub used every day with seperate towels, gas fireplace that heats up room, floor heat, garage for ski storage, lots of kitchen items, at least 2 car parking, person came to shovel immediately at 6 inch snow, cozy bedrooms,,, really great experience

Myself and my 7 friends go to Breckenridge every year. This was definitely the best house from location to amenities. The space was open, comfy seating, fun games and tv streaming, and hot tub was awesome. Overall we had a great time and would highly suggest.

We had friends and family in for an30th surprise party and had an amazing time! The townhouse was well appointed and had ample room for couples and singles! We chose to cook in twice which isn’t what we planned but we felt so comfy we chose to hang in! The games were a pleasant surprise and we had lots of fun! The location is ideal- close to the crowds and very private once you get tucked in!

Shuttle was convenient and just outside the neighborhood entrance in front of Nordic center. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule to be aware of pick up times. Home was clean and provided adequate space for 2 families to gather. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Once you take the shuttle to peak 8, you can ride the free gondolas all the way to downtown Breck. Highly recommend. They can fit 8. We saw many Moose! Hot tub was large and a great bonus. We were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. The downstairs master bedroom does not have a door to separate the bedroom area from the bath area just FYI. It is a large lovely bath space but it is a glass shower so make sure to lock the bedroom door if traveling with littles. The radiant heat flooring was a dream, especially tiles bathroom. Humidifiers were provided, sleds, and having the garage for ski storage was amazing.

We absolutely LOVE the hideaway. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean, has great views and a great location. This was our second year to stay in this house and we look forward to many more years here. The kids love the bunk room and I love the fully stocked kitchen. It is always spotless upon arrival and pinnacle lodging is always super helpful if we have any questions or need something looked it. We have recommended this property to all of our friends and we are actually returning with my parents in August! Cannot say enough about the hideaway. It’s a must stay!!
