All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 6 spaces total, 2 car garage, 4 outdoor spaces
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

We had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful home in the Highlands! The weather was perfect, the mountain views from the home were spectacular and the management team was quick in responding to any questions that we had. In looking through the guest book a couple of families had seen a moose and her babies prior to our visit and we were so hopeful but did not see them BUT the home is absolutely wonderful. The common areas, pool table, views and hot tub were amazing amenities. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again!!! Thank you!

The mountain views from the deck were beautiful. We spent many mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the Breck mountains. Main living area and kitchen were large and very comfortable. Restaurants and shops in downtown Breck & Frisco were short drives.

This is our 3rd trip to Breckenridge for spring break and Highlands Getaway is now our favorite place to stay. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. I like to cook in for many of our meals and the kitchen did not disappoint. We all enjoyed the foosball and pool table. The drive to drop off the skiers, to Main Street and the City Market were all a breeze. Will definitely book here again. This is the second time I have booked with Pinnacle and they are great to work with.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this very large and beautiful house. Our group consisted of 8 people total, 4 children and 4 adults. We had more than enough space and the place could easily have housed several more people comfortably. Every room was spacious and lovely. We visited in the Fall when the Aspens were changing, and the view going up and down the hill to get to the home was absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised with how quick the drive to downtown Breckenridge was as it took only about 5 minutes or so to get down there. I can speak for everyone in our family when I say that we were sad to go! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a group of 12 and this was the perfect house for our trip. The owners have done an amazing job with the renovation, making the space open and well laid out. The management team was quick to respond. We rent homes for group trips like this many times a year and this is one of the most well stocked (i.e. humidifiers, towels, every kitchen item you could want including serving platters) we have ever seen. We would absolutely stay here again.

My Family loved this beautiful home located in the perfect spot of Breckenridge Colorado. There was Plenty of space and the home was beautifully decorated. We were never on top of each other! The basement was like an entire apartment that was perfect for my daughter and son in law and their 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and enjoyed the pool table and games as well. The Kitchen was absolutely beautiful!!! Sooo much room to cook! The driveway was kept clear of excessive snow and it was like 2 minutes from town. LOVED THIS HOME!!! Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I, our our adult sons and significant others spent 5 glorious nights in this beautiful home with amazing Mountain View’s. We had traveled from New York to a family wedding in Denver and decided to extend our vacation in Breckenridge. The house provided the perfect place to relax from our day activities of hiking, biking, and white water rafting. We all had our own bedrooms with private bathrooms which was a great plus. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. We ate most of our dinners at home, taking advantage of the gas bbq. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking! A short 5 minute drive takes you to beautiful downtown Breckenridge, where we loved the shops and pubs. Check in and char know out was a breeze! We highly recommend this home. I can imagine how amazing it would be to experience in the winter for skiing. It’s the perfect house for a few families to share as well.

214 Highlands Drive in Breckenridge was the perfect home for 10 guests during our ski trip. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The home was huge, very clean and totally updated. The pool table, foosball and games were a hit with everyone! The views of the slopes were amazing and being less than two miles to town was perfect.

We host an annual family ski trip. This year was the best ever. Our party size was 8 people. Everyone had their own bedroom. The amenities were nice. The house has views of the ski area, especially Peak 6. Had some trouble with heating in upstairs guest bedroom. Not enough to spoil things. The house is a short drive to the Gondola and downtown. Overall, a very good experience.

We had a wonderful stay, the neighborhood was beautiful and close to town. The house was clean and large. Plenty of space for family and entertainment. The only concern we had is that the basement was overwhelming embedded with cigarette smoke smell. It wasnt new from the previous renters it was apparent that the smell was embedded into the walls. It made it hard for those of us who are not smokers to spend time down there. We tried airing it out with no reprieve. I do feel like this should be listed even if the rental space is a non smoking house it is obvious that it use to be
