LOCATION – This beautiful home is located on the east side of Breckenridge in the Breckenridge Heights Subdivision near Baldy Mountain while also being convenient to Main Street and the slopes!

AMENITIES – This property has a long list of amenities that will allow your group to relax after an exciting day on the slopes. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals and is open to the living room, which is complete with a floor-to-ceiling rock wall fireplace. A formal dining room provides extra entertaining space. Relax with a game of pool or a movie by the fire in the upstairs game room. Unwind in the private hot tub surrounded by towering pine trees, or take in the view from the deck off the master bedroom. It’s the perfect spot for you to enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:

• AWD/4WD Vehicle required between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

This place was super nice! We enjoyed the multiple living rooms and hot tub. The home was in a great location close to downtown Breckenridge. Great views and peaceful location. I would definitely recommend this location!

Loved High Point Lodge. It felt secluded even though we were in a subdivision. We stayed 6 nights. We kept cooking simple (bacon, eggs, toast, coffee, pasta and pizzas), and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Even discovered two blow dryers and a USB extension cord in the drawers in the master bedroom. Locked ourselves out one night, and the emergency after hours number responded very quickly.

Would love to stay here again

The house was large enough for our family to stay comfortably. It was at the end of a road so we did not have any traffic. We also had a moose visitor walk up to the house and around it. The back patio is a little smaller then I expected and would not have fit us all back there. So the seating was limited outside and no front deck just lots of steps. Overall we really enjoyed staying there.

We had an amazing time in this home. The views were really nice. It was spacious yet cozy. So many great memories made here. The house looks even better in person then it does in pictures! Hot tub was great also.

Over all I would give the property four out of five stars. It is big enough with plenty of seating for a large group. It has plenty of comfortable beds with extra linens. We found it to be very clean, with a large well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen appliances are old, and we had an issue with the dishwasher that was promptly fixed. We also had the electrical outlets go out on one side of the kitchen which didn’t come back on when we flipped the breaker. The best feature of the property is the amazing new hot tub. The patio area is small for such a big house, and its concrete is chipped and cracked. We liked the location which is less than two miles from downtown Breck. However, we wish there was a convenient shuttle as the property is up a steep slope with no sidewalks. We picked this property at the last minute after another rental property became unavailable and overall we are happy with the house.

Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was great for 12 adult friends. Hot tub was wonderful, pool table was a great bonus, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for all of our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a large group staying for three consecutive weeks. During the first week the water pump broke and Pinnacle Lodging did their best to accommodate us during this unfortunate situation. They worked tirelessly to help get this situation fixed. Unfortunately parts were unavailable to fix the pump yet Pinnacle Lodging helped us with a great solution. I am so glad we did not rent through Airbnb or VRBO!
