LOCATION: Located in the Highlands neighborhood on the north end of Breckenridge, this home offers a secluded, peaceful feeling all while being just a couple miles from the slopes and downtown shopping and dining. In the summer time, enjoy access to nearby hiking and biking trails.

AMENITIES: This home offers four bedrooms, including the master suite on the main level. Enjoy movies and the gas fireplace in the main living room, or take in the fresh air while warming up in the private outdoor hot tub. The well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of space for dining, and the outdoor patio and gas grill are perfect for summertime cookouts.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Evergreen Lodge. The house was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It accommodated our family nicely and we still had plenty of extra room. The beds were very comfortable . The location right next to Main St in Breck was great and provided a fast and easy way to get to all the shopping and restaurants. Response time from Pinnacle Lodging was great when we had questions. We will definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in the area.

Two family ski trip. Plenty of room for twelve of us—Including 8 teenagers. Everyone loved the living room sectional :). Shuttle worked well, but easy drop off at gondola as well.

We love this place because it is close to town yet far enough away to have wildlife and that great piney smell. Everyone has a great bedroom and bath and a wonderful common gathering room.

The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The owners thought of every detail which made our stay very cozy and comfortable. We really appreciated they had lots of cozy blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Everything has been well kept and better than any rental we have stayed at. Loved all of the windows so we could see the beautiful Mountain View from anywhere. We even saw a moose in the backyard! This was our favorite family vacation and the house had a major part in the experience. We are already thinking about dates for next year!

The entire experience couldn’t have been better from check in to check out. Beautiful home that has everything you need. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and very family friendly. It even has a baby gate to keep little ones from tumbling downstairs.

Wow! What a beautiful home, We are seasoned travelers who rent homes all over the world. We came to Breck, because my son lives in Denver and we wanted to get up to the mountains. This was one of the cleanest homes we’ve rented the home is furnished with high quality furniture, located in a nice neighborhood, if you are heading to this area this is the home for you!

We had the best time in Breckinridge, staying at the Evergreen Lodge. We could not have asked for a better place! It was apparent that the details were well thought out and executed to ensure the best guest experience. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless when we arrived. This was the perfect house for our family. The house was awesome and comfortable. It was close to all the activities we did. The property was beautiful and the spa was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

Our multigenerational family had a fantastic stay for five nights at this outstanding accommodation in the mountains of Breckenridge. The neighborhood was quiet and private yet still very accessible to Main St Breck (5 min drive), and the views of the mountains from the back deck were gorgeous. The house itself is beautiful and furnished to a high standard. We appreciated the large gathering spaces with comfortable furniture where we all could relax. The master bedroom suite was enormous, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level were all of a good size too. The only minor complaint we had was the memory foam topper on the master bed and one of the lower beds made it somewhat difficult to turn over while sleeping. Otherwise, this rental was perfect! We loved the hot tub and would absolutely stay here again. If you are on the fence - book this place! You will not regret it.
