Enjoyed the spacious,clean,updated home. Kitchen was open, well-stocked and great for making meals. Loved the separate sink next to the dishwasher. Furnishings were new and beds were comfortable. Views are spectacular. Our family member that did not ski during the day could feel like he was outside because of views and the windows letting in lots of light. Rental company was accomodating and provided good communication. Would stay again.

House is beautiful! View is breathtaking. Well appointed, terrific kitchen, lovely layout. Wonderful space and ambiance. A few improvements: The driveway gets plowed but snow is piled in front of garage (only one snow shovel). Not enough kleenex, trash cans for bedrooms, and having only access to hot tub being an elevator, which got stuck on two occasions, is a really bad idea. The only other way down from hot tub is circular stair outside house, four stories, filled with several feet of snow. Not safe. Try to get construction company next door to turn off flashing blue light during the night. Not all bedroom windows have curtains.

Baldy Basecamp was a beautiful brand new home, Very comfortable with outstanding views and good location (other than the super steep winding driveway that was super narrow to navigate in the deep snow even with 4 wheel drive) construction next door but didn’t bother us as they weren’t there Xmas week. The home is beautifully furnished and would definitely stay at again. Pinnacle was super easy to work with & a great mgt company we have rented from for the past three years and one of
