LOCATION – The Saddlewood Townhomes are an ideal location any time of the year. The complex is ski-in/ski-out (the unit is within 75 feet of Snowflake Run) placing your vacation stay just minutes from the Snowflake Lift. When it is time to have dinner out or enjoy après-ski with friends, Main Street is only a mile away.

AMENITIES – With three bedrooms, guests have plenty of sleeping and living area space. The Saddle Up master bedroom in the upper level of the townhome features a king bed with a private bath. The Amber Queen bedroom and the Azul Queen bedroom can be found in the lower level with two additional baths. When it is time to unwind, your group can gather in the main level living area for conversation and the rest of the group can head downstairs to watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. After a day full of activities on the mountain, guests will find relaxation in the private outdoor hot tub located off of the lower level patio.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking 1 car garage with 1 spaces available – 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Great location and nice house. Everything was great. The hot tub could be a little bigger, it says it was a 4 person but with all the snow piled up we could not open it all the way. Only one jet worked, I called once and texted 2 times and no one come to look at it.

This was a great place to stay. We were in Estes Park for a wedding and then came to Breckinridge afterwards. We walked to town and took in some of the sites and came back to a comfortable place to relax. We highly recommend it!

We had a great time at this rental in the summer with our 2 and 4 year olds. The location is pretty and the hot tub was a hit. It's a steep hike from town, but doable even with littles. Pretty well stocked but disappointed to not have dish soap. Helpful communication with the management company and easy check-in/out process.

We had a great stay here - it fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location on the mountain was great with easy access to the mountain to avoid base area crowds. I would stay there again!

I rented this property over the Christmas holiday for my family. The home is beautiful, the location is spectacular (right next to a ski lift, a couple of blocks from the shuttle and close to town). There's plenty of space, check in was a breeze, parking was convenient and the rental office was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely sty here again.
