LOCATION – This property is conveniently located off Ski Hill Road in Park Forest Estates near Peak 8. It’s approximately 2 blocks from the free shuttle which takes you to town or a short one minute ride to the base of Peak 8. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk. Or, you can walk approximately 3 blocks (5 to 10 minutes) to and from Four O'Clock ski run where you can ski down to the Snow Flake lift – when conditions permit (see satellite overview in photos).

AMENITIES - The interior of the house features vaulted ceilings that highlight the master bedroom, living room and kitchen area. The well-equipped modern kitchen has oak cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious living room is the ideal spot to relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or listen to music on the stereo with your group. The private hot tub is only steps away on the rear patio to relax after a fun day on the mountain. There is plenty of storage in the private garage to store your ski and snowboard equipment.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

1. The Listing says up to 2 dogs. But other listings and signage at the house says NO Pets.
2. Heat did not work well in every room. So, some in our party froze the first night. We called the emergency number and they said that this was not an emergency. They said to use space heaters. Most of them and the humidifiers were not working. Then, let them sleep in a 40 degree room. The system needs to be updated or replaced.
3. Led to believe that we may be able to check in before 4 pm so we got there a little early. Their SOP is to not allow anyone to get in early. We were told at 4:01 pm we could get into the house. Just be honest with renters. If they cannot get in until exactly 4 pm just tell them.
4. They had a tea kettle that we tried to boil water in. It would not heat up the water. It is a induction stove that we thought was broken. One of the smart ones in our party suggested using a pan. Which we did and it boiled the water. So then we knew that the stove wasn't broken. Why have pots and pans that do not work with an induction stove?

5. Need an information/directions binder at the house. The online guide was severely lacking.

6. Garage barely fits one car. If you have a long SUV forget about it.

7. TVs are tiny.

8. Since we were staying during Thanksgiving we wanted a list of all cooking utensils and equipment necessary to cook everything. The first person at Pinnacle was completely useless. She said to furnish her with a list of everything we need, which I did, and she never responded. I called a spoke with a very nice lady, in a different department who knew the house and was very informative.

9. Need some plastic cups for kids.

Here are some positive:

1. This house could be ideal if they got rid of Pinnacle, who was a pain in the *** with which to work.

Home was great location walkable to town and many hiking paths. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5 and kitchen had all necessities for cooking. Hot tub and both patios were well used and enjoyed.

We stayed at 76 Park Forest Drive in Breck. Beautiful area and cozy decor. We did not want to leave! The kitchen is superbly stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The sofa was the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch the snow fall while sipping coffee and reading a good book. Bedrooms are roomy and spacious as well. Hot tub was an added bonus!You will love this place!!! We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect for us. Any questions we had were answered immediately by management. We felt totally taken care of! Our daughter got married at the Nordic Center and we were so close we could walk there. Would highly recommend to others.

There were 8 adult family members in our stay and we had a fabulous time. The ONLY down side of our entire experience was the quality of the beds/pillows. They definitely need an upgrade. We loved everything else

We had a great time at Park Forest. The house was very comfor table. The kitchen was very well stocked; you really didn’t need for anything. The location was fantastic. Lots of trails just steps from the house. We hiked to our hearts content.

The Park Forest Chalet was the perfect home for our family ski vacation. It is MUCH NICER than the photos reveal - tastefully appointed and the bedroom arrangement fit our family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. Perfect location, across from the Nordic Center and just down the hill from Peak 8 Base. We had a couple of minor issues and Management responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Our Breck rental was perfect! The bedrooms were generously sized and spaced out in the home. The den was very comfortable with a large sectional couch. The kitchen and dining were well equipped for a large group. The front and back patios made it easy to catch the warmth of the sun in the early morning and late afternoon. One morning a moose meandered by the patio munching on grass and leaves. The trail system from the Nordic Center, and sidewalk on Ski Hill Road, were great for a “ hike” to town. The rental company was very responsive to our questions/needs. Thanks again!

Park Forest Chalet was perfect for our family! With 5 people, we had plenty of space. Open floor plan gave us comfortable kitchen, dining and living room space. The kitchen has everything you will need should you decide to cook. Great outdoor area in the back with seating, gas grill and hot tub. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the front patio - a charming space to enjoy the early hours. A set of cheese knives for afternoon charcuterie would be a nice addition to this kitchen!
The location is excellent! You are in a quiet neighborhood, up ski hill road. A 2 minute walk to the free bus stop or a 15 min walk to Main Street. We will definitely be back!

The property description was accurate regarding the location, amenities and layout. It was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was accessible and very helpful. We feel fortunate to have found a dog-friendly home in a neighborhood with great neighbors (and lots of other dogs).

Overall we were happy with the stay. The place was clean, the location was great (close to town and also far enough away you felt like you were in the wilderness), and nice amenities. We saw Moose everyday which wsa very fun!

A couple of pitfalls:
-There was work being done on the property the entire time we were there. Workers in the front yard using machinery. I have brought it up to the property managers and have yet to have any sort of apology. Also, it would have been nice to know prior to our stay. We have two little kids that were trying to nap and it was loud and obnoxious.
- We had three cars and parking was an annoyance. It all worked out but I didn't know until we received the check in instructions an hour before check in that we could only park 2 cars on property.

Not sure I would stay here again with all the other options in Breckenridge to choose from.

Nice accommodations and location was great - would have like the property management company to have been a little more responsive - they only respond from 9-5 - had an issue with the fire pit not working - never made an effort to come out and fix it -
