LOCATION – This condo is situated exactly where you want it, just off the Four O'clock Run and close to the base of Snowflake lift, making its access to the slopes unrivaled. The Four O'clock Run is in your backyard conveniently allowing you to ski all the way home at the end of the day, or even for a quick lunch. Walk less than ten minutes down the street and you can be eating at your favorite restaurant in town or shopping at all the local boutiques.

AMENITIES – This unit comfortably sleeps six with a main floor queen bedroom and additional sleeping space in the loft area with two more queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Get cozy in the living room with a fire in the fireplace or to watch the big game on the large flat screen TV. The gorgeous high-end kitchen has stainless steel appliances accented by light wood cabinetry, custom concrete countertops with an eat-in counter that will seat everyone in your group. After a big day of skiing, take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)

My son and I decided to escape the Texas heat at the last minute. Found this place and booked in minutes. The entire process was seamless and it was the best stocked and ready place I have ever stayed. A perspective for those who are looking at a place managed by this team, we booked to stay July 3rd-July 14 but left home early and stayed at the Gaylord in Denver first. This was not only a better experience, but also a better values. The management team knows the area and texted hints and reminders of closures or other issues in the area in case we were affected. In the summer, the creek outside was great as white noise to help you relax. My only advice to anyone who wants to stay here. It is a third floor which I love. Breckenridge is at almost 10000 feet, if you come from sea level, expect the stairs to be a bit more than you would at home. We’re already planning our next trip back.

This is a great, ski in / walk out spot if you're looking for ski holiday accommodation. Short walk from main street, as well as super-accessible to ski lifts and runs. Communication with property manager was easy, but we had everything we needed. If you have any mobility issues, this isn't the place for you as it's on the 3rd floor with no lift - particular in icy winter on external stairs. A few light bulbs need replacing and it's perhaps time for new pillows, but otherwise accommodation was great.

Loved the location and apartment! It had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras in the kitchen, very close to lifts and ciuld come back skiing to almost the condo door.
